We are the only type III Scottish National Standards Accredited Housing Information, Advice and Advocacy service in South Ayrshire to be Accredited under the National Standards. We have been accredited since 2003 at Type III (therefore deliver types I – Signposting,  II – Casework and III – Advocacy and Representation across all areas of Housing Law).

From February 2003 until present our Engagement Services have been inspected and regulated by the Care Inspectorate and have received grade 6 – Excellent.
