Our Service has expanded our promotion and engagement
activities including events across South Ayrshire. We have

developed links with Lochside Community Centre, Cafe Hope,
Wheels in Motion and Unity Grill.

First Home - 106 cases

303 seperate actions

Our First Home Service works with 16 - 24 age Tenure Sustainment - 75 cases

group. This Service is about preparing young 351 seperate actions

people for their first home. This is a pro-active CARE INSPECTORATE REPORT

Quality of Care and Support
Service which interacts with young people on a
Grade 6
range of issues. It also provides a Capacity Building
Quality of Management and Leadership
Programme for young people to develop practical
Grade 6
skills which will help as they move on in to

independent living. Sessions for our Home+ Service

have been developed targeting 25+ age group.
