We opened 1,270 cases (1,148 last
year) relating to individual Service
Users and families. These Services
include Advice, Tenure Sustainment
and First Home.
Group Services are HEY and Home+.
We have increased the promotion of
our Services and continue to actively
engage with the wider community.
The effectiveness and quality of our
Services would not exist without the
vital contribution from our Admin
Service.
