FIRST HOME CASE STUDY

Ms S aged 19 was in a tenancy with
escalating rent arrears. She had issues
with addictions and poor mental health.

Her First Home journey included
budgeting, arrears arrangement and The service was recently
reducing utility costs. Grants were presented with
sourced to reduce rent arrears and she a Corporate
